Helps with my anxiety

I suffer badly from severe anxiety. In the past I've used alcohol to help, but of late this is making things much worse. I decided to try CBD oil as an alternative. I did a lot of research on this before deciding on the Unspun product.

I do feel less anxious after taking some. I feel calmer and do believe it helps me relax. It doesn't provide me with the same affect as [a lot of] alcohol but it also doesn't leave me the negatives that alcohol does.

It took me a while to find the amount I need to feel some benefit. This is around 70mg. Smaller doses didn't seem to affect me enough.

A petty complaint is that I find the teat pipette dispenser inaccurate. It doesn't always dispense the full amount leaving about 0.2mls un-dispensed.

I do recommend this product, and I've purposely used it for several months before leaving this review.
